Welcome to the Real Estate Investing Mastery podcast.

Please leave reviews of my podcasts wherever you listen to them. You might enjoy reading the reviews, too. I know I do.

Peter Conti is my guest today. This is the first time he’s been on the show. He’s writes books, he’s coaches, he uses creative financing and he just plain enjoys working in real estate.

Peter started in real estate in 2002. He feels he’s really good at building rapport, and thinks that’s why people do business with him.

Screen sellers based on their motivation to sell. Just talk to them about their current situation and you will hear their level of motivation.

Working with a mentor, Peter learned this important rule early on. The seller can get their price or their terms, but they can’t get both. With lease options, the investor must control the terms.

Controlling the terms isn’t difficult when you’re a smart negotiator. Peter uses scripts that lead the seller to realize his option is the best one.

Listen and learn:

What’s inside:

  • Advantage of long seller leases on lease options
  • Negotiating skills are a key talent
  • ‘For Sale Or Lease’ advertisers make great prospects
  • Instant Offer System

  1. Peter is awesome. I bought his book, making big money in re without tenants, banks or rehabs and have learned and applied so much that works! Him and Dave finkel are great pioneers in the LO game and look up to them. Joe McCall is also someone I admire and try to mimic in investing

  2. Hey, Joe.. Great podcast, and scripts are the best. Next to yours of course, Peter really opens the path. Can’t wait to read his book,
but the link mentioned in the podcast forwards to a book fed, that says “download” for his free book. this doesn’t seem to be working.

    1. Philip – thanks for the kind words. I don’t know what to tell you about his website. You might try from a different computer – maybe your phone?
