In my last episode (#47), I went into detail about the importance of building a large list of buyers, and then catering your deals to their specific needs. Because many other investors are not taking this approach, they wind up with leads they can’t sell. They’re desperate.
This means you are in a position to buy those leads!
We did this in our business, and very soon we had investors all over the country selling leads to us. We became the buyers and didn’t have to market. It’s a great way to take advantage of your leverage.
A large list of buyers gives you confidence. You know there are millions of dollars sitting there just waiting for you to bring them the deals.
