In a group coaching call that I led earlier today, we were deeply involved in role play. It’s a great way to get everyone thinking about how to talk to sellers.
And, it got me thinking about the subject of this episode, and that’s going back to basics and keeping things simple. The 3 most basic elements of real estate investing are: marketing, talking to sellers and making offers.
It doesn’t get any simpler than that. It all comes down to marketing—that’s the core of your business. Without leads, you’re dead in the water.
I’m also reviewing great questions for sellers, then I go on to give ideas for making offers.
