Those of you who follow this podcast know that I emphasize marketing almost above all else in your business. When the marketing stops, your business stops. But there are so many moving parts to marketing, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. You feel like one of those jugglers in the circus with plates spinning on top of the sticks. How many plates can you keep spinning?
In this episode, I share a few guidelines that will take the “overwhelm” out of the picture. I call it the “silo” system. The point is to create one workable system. Just one. Once you perfect that one system, train a VA to do it and let them take it over. There’s your first silo. Only then should you move on to the next.
This is definitely one of the subjects that will be covered in detail in my New Automated Wholesaling 2.0 program. This program will be starting soon. Click the link below for more information. Registration will be limited, so don’t wait!

What’s inside:
- Focus on one marketing task; break it down to the smallest component
- Create one system for this one component
- Teach the system to your VA; give that task over (it’s now out of your hands)
- Once this task is automated (in its own silo), it’s time to scale up
