Joe, you have no idea how refreshing this episode was for me. We’re so in sync it’s not funny. I’m actually a right-leaning libertarian who’s been a complete news junkie, and I’ve been avidly offending people on social media for the past year with my political commentary.

I started listening to your Podcast in January, and I’ve listened to everything up to date. Right now I’m catching up on Todd Toback’s podcast and working through your WLO course.

So last week I decided to turn on Talk Radio for a bit, as I normally do while I’m driving around for my day job, and I was SO ANNOYED. I started thinking, “I’m way smarter than this!” It’s just junk. I immediately switched back to the good stuff you put out.

Yesterday I decided to post my first ever Facebook Live video, and I basically told everyone exactly what you said in this podcast (I hadn’t even listened to it yet by the way, that’s what’s weird). I told everyone I I’m turning over a new leaf. No more politics on Facebook, but I am going to be posting stuff about buying houses. It was the first time I publicly announced our new business to my followers.

Here it is Joe. No more junk, I’m taking MASSIVE ACTION. I called my first couple of sellers from Zillow today, and I made one offer to a not-really-motivated seller. But that’s okay because I’m still learning, and I’m taking action. I’m excited for the future.
