In this episode, I’m weary but wanted to recap the workshop that we just completed. We had a good group of serious investors—anxious not only to learn but to exchange ideas and insights.
We covered a number of areas with my main focus to keep it simple. Wholesaling lease options really is a simple investing strategy.
A great deal of time was spent on how to talk to sellers… how to control the dialogue, how to handle objections, how to turn questions around by answering with a question and so on.
We did live calls, which gave a graphic depiction of how it all works. We demonstrated Mojo Dialer, the auto-dialer that expedites the whole process. I always reiterate that the calling may not be fun, but it’s the key to success.
We divided into groups and created offers using the 3-option offer that I teach, which provided good practice. My motto: “He who makes the most offers wins.”
