My guest is Will Denker from Houston. We’re going to talk about making bigger deals. This isn’t everyone’s goal, but you’ll enjoy hearing and learning from Will.

Will’s been in the real estate business for 14 years. He first worked with HomeVestors where he learned a system for real estate investors, and learned the importance of having a system.

He then partnered with a friend and split the revenue from deals. They marketed only via a website and still got 15 to 20 leads a month. This was back when there were 2 real estate investor websites in Houston.

Will’s company was successful and growing. When he got up to about 8 employees, he realized that was not what he wanted.

He now focuses on making larger deals with a 3-person company. Will handles the transactional portion of every deal from start to finish, and the other 2 employees find the potential deal.

Will aims for doing 3 to 4 deals a month with his company, 123 Sold Fast, and does other deals on his own.
