Hi Joe and Alex, I was just wondering if you guys could point me in the right direction to start my own podcast. It seems everyone who is anybody has one know. Great content as always.
P.S. Joe, I had no idea you were in Steve Cook's flipping homes forum also. Like Steph, I learned wholesaling and other creative realestate investing strategies on creonline.Com and flippinghomes.com
That's awesome David…. Been a long time since I've been on that forum. For starting your own podcast, I would probably point you to John Lee Dumas. He has a podcast on creating a podcast. I think it's called "Free Podcast Course". Keep up posted on your progress with the show!
Hello Steph, I recently bought your Cash Buyer Ninja, its Awesome info. but I have a question and im not sure if its here where im suppose to ask my questions, but here it goes, on the REO Trainings, you stated to go to your TITLE COMPANY for the transactions but that’s if your reo’ing locally correct??
