  1. From Robs video, you dont need to have that microsoft program to plot multiple stops on a map. I discovered these two websites for plotting multiple locations on a map and they are FREE.

    This site lets you copy/paste up to 100 addresses into it and then plots them all on a map so you can see where they are: http://www.communitywalk.com/

    This site lets you plug in multiple addresses (one by one, unfortunately) and then calculates the most efficient route to get to all of them: http://www.findthebestroute.com which produces the same end product in his video.

  2. I agree with the person who sent in the comment at the beginning of the podcast. I’ve been in the bus. for 25 years,full time, and I’ve never flipped 10 deals a month. It’s still not easy to find buyers who have large down payments, or pay cash for lower end deals. I think the art of finding these people is something that the gurus never fully disclose. I’ve never had people lining up for my wholesale deals, and yes it can be a lot more difficult than the gurus make it sound.
