You won't believe this – but I actually had lunch in St Louis with Michael Jake today!  (We recorded this episode about 3 weeks ago.)  He lives in Colorado Springs, CO and I live in St Louis, MO.  We had a 2-day Lifeonaire retreat here in St Louis & he decided to show up!  It was a total surprise, and it was great hanging out with him and talking shop.  I am really impressed with Mike's level of integrity and professionalism.  He really love this business.  And, he really loves teaching people about real estate – as you will soon find out in this episode.
