Gavin is with me today. We are just finishing up one of our 2-day workshops.

In the workshop, we get people set up with systems, with a VA, with a marketing plan, etc. Basically, attendees leave with an operational business.

Today we set up 2 attendees to do cold calling. We gave them a list that’s been skip traced. Their VA makes the initial call then sends notes on interested sellers.

Both participants had several solid seller leads after just a couple of hours of follow-up calling.

We teach attendees how to calculate offers, how to write up contracts, and each deal is costing less than $1,000 to get.

REI Simple is a new system I’ve developed. Yesterday was the first time I’ve shown it to others.

It is one platform that supports numerous steps related to lease options and wholesaling, including writing up offers and contracts.

And, unlike Podio and similar programs, REI Simple does not require you to use third-party suppliers to complete a deal. It’s a one-stop shop.
