We need to remember this. I need to remember this. So here’s a reminder. Keep It Simple, Stupid.
It’s easy to complicate things. We feel productive when we’re busy… we buy another course, browse another website, read another blog. We need to focus on our goal, which, by the way, is not simply to be busy. Our goal is to make money.
And, the best way to make money is to focus on the simple things.
Talk to sellers, write letters to sellers. Keep your eye on deals. Make sure your energy is going toward making money. You can do that by focusing on the basics.

- Following up on leads
